Poly(glycolide cocaprolactone)(PGCL) – monofilament absorbable sterile surgical suture.
PGCL sutures are intended for use in animals in soft tissue approximation and/or ligation.
Not for use in cardiovascular, neurological surgery, microsurgery or ophthalmic surgery.
- Monovite has an excellent tensile strength with a reliable absorption rate of 91 – 120 days.
- Monovite has superb handling with exceptional suppleness and knot security.

- Monovite should be stored in its sealed foil pouch until ready for use.
- The product should then be used within 30 days and stored at room temperature in a dry environment.
